I would like to share my key learning’s from the Borrell Conference on Local Internet Marketing in NYC earlier this month. Some amazing growth statistics were shared about our industry. Over half of small and medium businesses still don’t have websites and yet there are 400 million registered users on Facebook. But the biggest lesson learned was from Yodels’ CEO who said 4 word search phrases are driving double digit conversions for the PPC campaigns they manage. So my take away is to start optimizing for 4 word phrases.
