The vendors pitched state of the art lead nurturing processes and their products to managing the online marketing campaigns. My biggest take away is where your audience is online? Second is where they are in their purchase process? Most organizations go thru a 3 or 4 step purchase process from needs recognition, to developing an evaluation criteria, researching solutions and selection of product. With that in mind you should have content which matches their needs for information at each phase of the purchase process. Online marketing is really about providing the content to educate your prospects and not the traditional interrupt marketing of the mass media generation.
